Once artwork or specifications have been approved for production, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

TeamMingl will not ordinarily be responsible for errors that were present in customer-approved artwork or specifications.

8. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after TeamMingl has accepted the order and communicated confirmation, where applicable.

Depending on the order, confirmation may require:

• Acceptance of quotation
• Written purchase order
• Advance payment
• Payment confirmation
• Artwork approval
• Specification approval
• Other information reasonably required for production or fulfillment

TeamMingl reserves the right to decline an order before confirmation.

9. Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website or communicated during an enquiry may change depending on quantity, customization, market conditions, supplier pricing, logistics, taxes, and other applicable factors.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment where required.

12. Inspection and Delivery Issues

Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If products are received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed specifications, the customer should notify TeamMingl promptly with relevant details and supporting photographs or other evidence.

Claims may be subject to verification.

Where a claim is found to be valid, TeamMingl may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order:
