3. Service Terms and Conditions

  • Service delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon in writing
  • We strive to meet all agreed deadlines, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Clients will be notified immediately of any potential delays

3.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before commencement of services
  • Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices

3.3 Cancellation Policy

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring venue access and necessary permissions for on-site services
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All original designs, concepts, and creative materials developed by TeamMingl remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

TeamMingl's liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Damages caused by third-party vendors or suppliers
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

7. Quality Assurance

We maintain high quality standards for all our services. Any quality concerns should be reported within 48 hours of service delivery. We will work to resolve legitimate quality issues promptly and fairly.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian law.

10. Modification of Terms

TeamMingl reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
